This Is It: ps4u -2 Go-wild-go-rural

5 Days and 4 Nights:

Day 1:

Perfect Solutions prides itself in its service standards. Your personal Guide will meet you at KMIA, your port of arrival. From KMIA you transfer to Sibanye Guest House about `1.5 hours away. Your hostess gladly takes you through the modern history of the Maputaland and the corridor as you settle down to the ease of rural surroundings. As you and your Guide become acquainted he or she takes notes of your interests and fine-tunes your impending experience.

Day 2:

You wake up to the sounds of cows mooing and cocks crowing. After a sumptuous breakfast, you take a walk not in the park, not in the wild, but in the open village where adults shout greetings over their property fences to their neighbors, a timeless zone where the only rush is for boys and girls not to be late for school. Here you meet South African Swazis not as they used to live a century ago, but as they carry on their daily lives today. By now your Guide knows if you would like to visit the local school, or join your hostess and her club in their sewing factory. Go For It…It Is Your Day!! Make it your highlight. Go have lunch at KFC at the complex or join ma’mgobozi next door. Join the crew at the wedding hall; there are no gate crashers, for everyone is invited. (Subject to such an event happening in the community)

The Guide will set a wake up call.

4 Days and 3 Nights

At the Northern end of KwaZulu Natal along the banks of the Pongola River is a picturesque wilderness waiting to be explored. The Ithala Game Reserve management restricts human impact into the area but allows exclusive rights to Perfect Solutions to take a maximum of 8 persons per visit on a back pack trail.

Your Personal Guide will initiate you by outlining the dos, and don’ts, and  expected behavior with regards to the wilderness.

You will appreciate the conservation objectives and will know how to pitch a tent, track, and cook on an open fire by the end of your 3-nights in the wilderness. A back pack, a one person or two person tent and enough food for the duration of the trail will be provided.

Participants must provide their own toiletries, a pen light torch, a comfortable pair of hiking boots, sun hat or cap, sun screen, good humor and a sense of adventure. Trust me – you will need all of the above…This activity requires you to be of good health.

Please advice at the time of booking if you would prefer to use your own back pack, tent and camping gear. Your Guide will inspect and determine if your equipment meets with the demands of the wilderness trail.
